Photo & Video by Will Locke retains full copyright ownership of all photographs. Upon delivery, you receive a license to use the edited photos based on your event type, as follows:

Private/Personal Events (birthdays, family gatherings, retirements, and similar): a personal-use license to print, share, and display the images for non-commercial purposes, including personal social media use, prints, and albums.
Corporate/Business Events (company parties, conferences, launches, and similar): a license to use the edited photos for business marketing, advertising, social media, internal communications, recruiting, and promotional purposes, with no expiration date.
Community/Public Events (festivals, fundraisers, public celebrations, and similar): a license granted to the organizing party to use the edited photos for event promotion, recap content, and future event marketing, with no expiration date.
