Image Rights & Usage
Photo & Video by Will Locke retains full copyright ownership of all photographs. Upon delivery, a license to use the edited photos is granted to both the individual photographed and the paying party (if different, such as an employer), with no expiration date. This license covers personal and professional use, including but not limited to LinkedIn and other social media, resumes, business cards, websites, company directories, and marketing materials.
If a company or organization books and pays for headshots on behalf of multiple individuals, each individual retains the right to use their own headshot indefinitely, even if their relationship with the paying company later ends. Photos may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to misrepresent the subject's affiliation with a company after that affiliation has ended. Photo & Video by Will Locke reserves the right to use images from this session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on social media and the website.
