Photo & Video by Will Locke retains full copyright ownership of all final edited audio and video content. Upon delivery, you receive a license to use the edited footage for your own promotional purposes, including posting on your social media, website, and press kit.
Commercial use of this footage by third parties — including but not limited to use in paid advertising, merchandise, or licensing to other businesses or media outlets for profit — requires a separate written licensing agreement with Photo & Video by Will Locke.
RAW/unedited footage is not included with this service and is available as a separate paid add-on. Edited deliverables only are provided as part of the standard package.
Music and Third-Party Content Disclaimer: This service captures live audio and video of performances that may include original or copyrighted musical works, samples, or other content not owned by Photo & Video by Will Locke or the client. Photo & Video by Will Locke does not obtain or guarantee any music licensing, synchronization rights, or performance rights for any music, audio, or other copyrighted material captured during the event. The client and/or performing artist(s) are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate rights or licenses for any music or content performed or played at the event, and for any use of the resulting footage that requires such rights (including but not limited to public distribution, broadcast, or monetized platforms). Photo & Video by Will Locke assumes no liability for third-party copyright claims arising from music or content captured during the event.
Photo & Video by Will Locke reserves the right to use footage from this session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including on social media and the website.
