Photo & Video by Will Locke retains full copyright ownership of all final edited audio and video content. Upon delivery, you receive a personal-use license to view, share, and display the footage for non-commercial purposes, including personal social media use, personal archiving, and sharing with friends and family.

This license does not extend to vendors, businesses, or third parties. Footage may not be used by venues, planners, or other vendors for their own marketing or portfolio purposes without a separate written license. Commercial use of this footage — including use in paid advertising, merchandise, or licensing to other businesses or media outlets for profit — also requires a separate written agreement with Photo & Video by Will Locke.

RAW/unedited footage is not included with this service and is available as a separate paid add-on. Edited deliverables only are provided as part of the standard package.
